本案龍湖香醍天宸聯排別墅，設計師蘇怡人充分與屋主溝通後，一改豪華別墅風格的華麗奪目，以現代輕奢的設計手法追求空間品質和細節，用簡單的設計和富有質感的材料，表現出房主對生活美學的追求，讓空間氣質體現出屋主的個人審美和美妙的精神世界。
In this case, Su Yiren, the designer of Longhu Xiangmin Tianchen townhouse, after fully communicating with the owner, changed the gorgeous and dazzling style of luxury villa, pursued space quality and details with modern light luxury design methods, and expressed the owner’s pursuit of life aesthetics with simple design and textured materials, so as to make the space temperament reflect the owner’s personal aesthetics and wonderful spiritual world.

△320平米聯排別墅，客廳餐廳一體，視野開闊，臥室面積較大，陽光充沛，南北通透，通風采光效果很好。但其客廁所為暗衛，主廁所面積較小，空間分布不合理，需重新規劃，將別墅結構優勢發揮到最佳效果。
The 320 square meter townhouse integrates the living room and dining room, has a wide view, the bedroom area is large, the sun is abundant, the north and South are transparent, and the ventilation and daylighting effect is very good. Starting with pure and exquisite details, it reveals the design style of understanding and respect for high-quality life.
入戶花園引入直橫縱向的流動感，延伸「材」與「質」之間的交織與層次，沉浸含蓄的氛圍，撫平心中的焦慮，共同探索呈現更多生活方式的可能性。
Introduce the sense of vertical and horizontal flow into the home garden, extend the interweaving and level between “material” and “quality”, immerse in the implicit atmosphere, calm the anxiety in the heart, and jointly explore the possibility of presenting more lifestyles.
將空間更多的留白給生活與愛好，花園安排茶台，陽台區布置休閒氛圍，何為紛擾，何為寧靜，心下淡然，當陽光籠罩，生活的色彩也隨之飽和，觀感的體驗讓心靈自由。

保留原始挑空，通過最簡潔的大體塊疊加的造型關係，互相組合交疊，打造出大氣的客餐廳場域。精準的比例把控和考究的色系搭配，彰顯個性的同時展露出對品質與格調的不懈追求。

公區設計採用隔而不斷的方式構築室內外的微妙聯結，且室內各區功能獨立又鏈接，富有自然肌理感和溫潤質感的大理石，搭配簡約素雅的皮革、金屬，勾勒出空間低調優雅而不失溫馨的高級氣質。

Entering the master bedroom space on the third floor, the clean and concise design and restrained posture make the function serve life and add a touch of dazzling pumpkin color. 三層主衛與陽光房，光影融入空間質感，寬敞的窗戶，充足的自然光線，繁與簡 深與淺，摒棄了一切繁雜形式，回歸到最本真的模樣，這里靜謐的讓時光都留戀。
